CDK preserves and promotes the art of weaving through circular design and economic value\, and is run with a strong belief that “less is more.” The brand is a reflection of herself\, with a focus towards a slower\, thoughtful way of life. Her business model incorporates zero-waste designs\, hand-stitched details\, and recycled materials for accessories\, creating simple\, functional\, meaningful clothing and home textiles\, with vast social and cultural impact. Pursuing design as a hobby in 2016\, in 2017 she won Women Entrepreneur of the Year award from the Ministry of Trade in Bhutan. 2019\, she was sponsored for a entrepreneurship course at QUT Australia. 2023 her work was featured in Selvedge Magazine\, Vital Voice and many more. Currently based in Melbourne.
